About Carys

Carys has a strong and varied background, having travelled extensively – in her words, everywhere from ‘Europe to Fiji’. After coming back from travelling, she was a successful wedding and food photographer, but during the pandemic she made the decision to change careers.
She completed a 12-week Code Nation Master bootcamp, in which she learned different coding languages including Javascript, Python and React, and built her own website. Eventually, she came to Baltic Apprenticeships and was able to find the right role for her with Pulse.

On her employment here, Carys says ‘Technology is such a powerful way to connect with millions of people – and ever growing. I want to be part of that world. This is a new chapter in my life, and I am so happy for the opportunity to grow and be part of the company.’
